All parties are 90 minutes in duration. (1 hour of activities based on the chosen theme, followed by 30 minutes for food/cake before the party concludes.)

Pricing – $350 for 10 people. Then $25 for each additional person.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Final numbers and payment to be made at least 5 days before the party.

Party FAQ

Do you have set themes?

We have a range of themes to choose from including slime making, science, art/craft and sensory or we can tailor the party to suit your child’s interests. Whether that be princesses, Star Wars, footy, unicorns, Paw Patrol or animals. We will happily combine their interests too! We want your child’s party to be as unique as they are.

Can I bring my own food?

We are flexible with our catering options. We can cater for you or we have a BYO food option as well. You’re welcome to bring in extra food for the adults or children. And don’t forget to bring the cake! We have some great local contacts for cakes if you need their details. Please note than no alcohol is permitted.

What is set up?

We set up the party table with white or pastel coloured plates and cups. If you have particular partyware or decorations that you would like to use, feel free to drop it off to us the week of the party and we can set it up for you. We also set up a trestle table to use for cake, dessert or food. And of course all of the activities for the children.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes. You’re welcome to come in 15 minutes prior to the party to set up any balloons or decorations. You’re also welcome to drop off any themed partyware you’d like to use the week prior to the party and we can help set it up for you. If you or an outside company need more time to set up, you can extend the time of your party to factor in set up time for an additional fee.

* Please note that glitter and confetti are not permitted. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if these are used.

Can I extend the party?

You can extend the party for an additional $50 per extra 30 minutes.

What times are available?

For morning parties, you can choose from 10.00-11.30am, 10.30am-12.00pm or 11.00am-12.30pm.

For afternoon parties you can choose from 1.30-3.00pm, 2.00-3.30pm, 2.30-4.00pm or 3.00-4.30pm.

We can also host a Friday evening party from 5.00-6.30pm.

When do you need to know final numbers?

Final numbers, food choices and final payment are due 5 days prior to the party.

What ages do we need to pay for?

Any child who will participate in activities needs to be included in your final numbers. Babies under the age of 1 are free.

Are party hosts responsible for the children?

Party hosts are responsible for setting up activities, interacting with kids and serving food. Children are still to be supervised by their parent or the parent of the party child.

How many children can attend?

We can have up to 30 children for a party and a total of 50 people in total in the space with current COVID restrictions.

What happens if we stay longer?

All parties are for 90 minutes. It is expected that you and your guests leave within 15 minutes of the party concluding. If you would like to extend the party, you can do so when you book for $50 per half hour. A fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for late departures.

Do you require a bond?

The $100 deposit paid at the time of booking will be kept as a bond. If the party goes over time or if any of the terms and conditions agreed to are not followed, the extra fee will be taken from the bond. Please ensure that you provide us with your bank details to transfer the remaining amount back to you after the party.
